This was my first time using Allied after a recommendation from my neighbor. They did a great job, it was pretty quick, and super friendly. Definitely prefer over the dealership. Price was also fair.

We are new clients, having used the dealer for our Lexus RX350 up to this point. Matt treated us like long time customers. He asked me to bring in our service records from the dealer and leave them so he could determine what service we needed. An hour or so later Matt called, having reviewed all of the records, and recommended the service that was most appropriate along with an estimate. He called when the car was ready, right when he had projected, and when I picked it up he thoroughly explained everything. What a refreshing change from the dealer! We are now committed customers, and when my wife’s Lexus IS due for service we will call Matt or Travis again. And Matt even gave me a ride home when I dropped off the car. Great service!

Always quality work in a timely fashion. Willing to do light bulb changes and emergency work immediately if necessary.
