I was looking for a new repair facility for my vehicles. I pulled into Allied Auto to talk about my problem with my F150. They were very knowledgeable about the existing problem that my model has. Told them I needed to be able to trust a facility, being I have worked with cars and trucks all my life. They told me what was needed and I told them to go ahead. Truck done on time an d fair price will be bringing all my other cars for work when they need it

I had called earlier to learn if I could bring my 2011 Toyota Prius in to have a burned out headlight replaced. Matt replied that I could simply drive in and they would take care of it without an appointment. I did so yesterday and true to Matt's word, either he or Travis replaced it in less than 10 minutes. I asked how much I owed for his time, and all he wanted was payment for the light bulb. It's extremely rare that any business provides a customer with any prompt and friendly service for free.
