At 1:45, when parking for an appointment away from home, my Lexus displayed the “low key battery message.” When leaving the appointment I called Travis and asked if he could help. He told me to drop by and he would check. At 2:45 I dropped by and 5 minutes later drive away with new batteries in both my regular key and replacement key! Wonderful service, which as a fairly new customer, I have come to expect.

Had to find a new place to service my Buick, as the Buick agency in Sunnyvale has closed. I chose Allied because they did work for me on another car years ago, and have also done work for my daughter. They proved once again that they are reliable, honest, competent and very helpful. They are now my first choice for auto service.

We drive all the way to Allied from Palo Alto because they always provide excellent service and most importantly, we value their honesty - when they tell us something needs to be done to the car we never worry that they are trying to sell us services we don't really need.
