I am now nearly a year into relying on Allied, since switching from the jaws of the Dealer service department. What a difference! Prompt, polite, reasonable prices, allied with great service and excellent communications, every time. Matt, Travis and their team are the best.

I have been taking my car to Allied Autoworks for several years. They are as good as it gets and so friendly! When I make a new appointment for a service, I discuss the details with Matt or Travis. If they find something else that needs attention, I get a call immediately to discuss the issues. They won't move forward until I approve the additional work. While they are working on my car I get updates throughout the day to let me know where they are in fixing the repairs. They are professional, fantastic at what they do and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to service their BMW! Additionally, they are the best in customer service and always discuss my options in what requires immediate attention and what can wait to be fixed. I value that in a repair shop as they always have my best interest in mind. I would add more stars if I could!
