These people are the best. They know their stuff. I feel lucky I do not have to take my Mercedes to the rip off Mercedes dealer on Steven Creek. I had a CLS 6.3 before this and it had warranty but they still got me for $1,000.00 every time I had to take it in. I did not know about Allied at that time. It seems Mercedes hits everyone up for that thousand every time you have to take the car in when the red light comes on. This is part of the scam to get your money. Allied quotes you a fir price and stick to it.

Allied auto has always been able to explain clearly the reasons for repairs and the risks of not doing them. I had some oil leaks and fixed one because it could have caused damage if the leak continued. Allied Auto’s explanation made sense and helped me with my decision.
