I have been taking my car to Allied Autoworks for several years. They are as good as it gets and so friendly! When I make a new appointment for a service, I discuss the details with Matt or Travis. If they find something else that needs attention, I get a call immediately to discuss the issues. They won't move forward until I approve the additional work. While they are working on my car I get updates throughout the day to let me know where they are in fixing the repairs. They are professional, fantastic at what they do and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to service their BMW! Additionally, they are the best in customer service and always discuss my options in what requires immediate attention and what can wait to be fixed. I value that in a repair shop as they always have my best interest in mind. I would add more stars if I could!

I've been a patron of this garage for at least five years and probably longer. They are trustworthy, honest and a genuine pleasure to work with. They do what they say. The bill is never higher than the quote. When something is wrong with my car, I drive immediately here. If it's minor (a broken bulb inside a brake light), they will fix it on the spot. I consider them a community treasure and part of a dying breed of American merchant whose actions prove their belief that the first human responsibility is personal integrity.

Online reservation system worked even when closed, the service was prompt and effective, and everyone was being safe with masks and disinfectants. This was my third year in a row that I have used Allied Auto Works. You will see me again next year!
