This is the first time I used Allied Auto Works. Customer service was professional and friendly. My Audi runs smoother after they provided the regular service. I will definitely go back.

Excellent staff, reviewed my car for potential brake repair. None needed, false alarm from prior service shop that's now out of business. Long term neighborhood service option and they found a broken light/repaired it during the maintenance review.

The personnel are very nice and helpful. The office area was very clean and Covid protection was followed. They texted me an estimate for repair work I requested and checked over other areas making recommendations and explaining why. They called when the car was ready.

I have been bringing my car in for many many years. There is a good reason for that. I trust this place. Their service rep Matt is outstanding. He explains everything in a concise and easy to understand way. Being a female, that is very imp. To me. He is outgoing and polite. He is the best. I have never had a problem with this Auto care. They must have good mechanics because my car has never failed me after picking it up. I will continue going here and I also recommend it to my friends.
