Allied Auto Works has been a reliable, awesome place to take my car over the years. My whole family has taken their cars here also. As a young women, I have been treated very poorly when getting my car serviced (NOT at Allied, other places), as they assume I do not know much about cars. I am always treated with respect and kindness and I do not get nervous to bring my car in. They are great at communication and always let you know their honest opinion. When I have questions they explain what's going on in a clear, easy to understand way. Could not recommend this place enough! I will be coming here for as long as I have a car :)

This place is near Los Altos and is in walkable distance from Foothills Park. People in here were warm and welcoming. I went there for oil change, tire-rotation, and some other issue. They were done resolving issues before EOD. I recommend others to give a visit for car servicing.

Work was completed efficiently and professionally. There were a couple of additional items (over and above regular service)needing attention that were communicated timely and transparently in regard to cost. Drop off at 8am, work completed by 3pm, all with a smile and respectful attitude. Doesn’t get better than that!
