Had a great experience here from the initial phone call all the way through completion of the repair. Matt was extremely friendly and responsive. The repair was done perfectly and on time. I could not be more satisfied abd will definitely use Allied for future service needs!

Forgot how awesome the team at Allied is. We were leaving on a trip to American River where temperatures were 100+. Ac in my wife’s car wasn’t working. I took it in at 8am, and begged them to take a quick look before we left. Despite being slammed, the team had our ac charged and ready to go 2 hours later. These guys are the best !

My family has been using Allied Auto for, uh, probably around 15 years now. They're a local staple for a reason. Professional, friendly, and knowledgeable to boot! Can't recommend the shop enough. Bonus points for explaining to me over the phone that my emergency brakes making a crunching noise after going from 40 to 0 was normal, and unless I heard other weird noises later I didn't have to worry or bring in the car. (Either Matt or Brian calmed my frazzled self down, they're always good at explaining things in non technical terms!) 20/10 I highly recommend this place!
