I was happy with the service. I originally came in because of a coolant leak and electrical issues. Matt suggested a general maintenance service which was a good call. The maintenance was completed that day and Matt informed me of the estimated price of fixing the leak which was buried inside the car so he wasn’t sure exactly. He said it might take a couple days but it was completed the next day, including a part that had to be ordered. All of the services that were done work well explained ahead of time My interactions with Allied Auto Works were positive pleasant and transparent.

Great experience with Allied Auto . . . as always (we have been a customer for 8 years with several cars that we have taken to them). Very friendly. Very efficient. And I love their automated systems.

This was my first experience working with Allied Auto Works. I brought my 1985 BMW 318i in for a new battery and I was really impressed with Brian, the owner, of his knowledge of the car and my other car, which is an Audi. I’ve been looking for an independent German car repair shop ever since my former shop closed down a few years ago. Well, I’m happy to announce that I’ve found my new shop for the BMW and as soon as the Audi’s service warranty expires that I will be bringing that car to Allied Auto Works too.
