Radiator replacement

These guys are great!!! I am a new client. My cars have always been under dealer care. Several months ago, as one of cars was coming out of warranty, I used another auto service, which was a horrible decision, a total disaster and completely destroyed my trust in mechanics. On recommendation from a friend, I brought my car Into Allied. What I was told had been repaired by the service I had used prior, actually wasn’t repaired. Brian, Matt and Roberto were honest, professional, trustworthy and are great mechanics. They gave me an estimate online, which was 100% accurate. They actually fixed the problem for about 50% less than the prior service charged me, and in a timely manor. They communicated with me through out the process and had my car back to me sooner than expected. The entire operation is above board and online. They keep records of your car and any work that they perform. It’s easily accessible online. Super transparent. As someone who has been burned by a mechanic that was not honest, I can’t recommend Allied highly enough.

They are prompt, careful, and get the work done on time. I really appreciate the fact that I can talk directly to a person who knows what’s happening with my car & get answers to my questions. You don’t have to hang out on hold till someone gets to the phone who typically doesn’t know what’s happening and has to transfer you to someone else anyway. We discovered this company about a year ago and I have been impressed with their work in the several times since then that we have brought our vehicles in. Also, their billing is very clear and transparent. They are not cheap, but you don’t feel like you’re on an assembly line, you feel like you’re getting personal service, and for us, that is an important factor. I highly recommend this shop. They have not disappointed! 4.5 stars would be our preferred rating rather than a full 5 because they don’t offer a senior discount or a points system or any kind of reward system for repeat customers. I twish they would institute something along these lines that so the prices would be a bit lower. That would help those of us on fixed incomes. Other than that, we are very satisfied with this business.
