AlliedAutoWorks are an amazing business right here in Los Altos. Both our cars had chronic problems with the batteries. The owner Brian took us in right away for diagnostics and test for charge retention. The service advisor Roberto followed through and both jobs were completed before day’s end. They set a benchmark for professionalism and expertise. Definitely my “go-to” destination for any auto related issues.

Allied auto, best place to take your car. Staff is extremely efficient and answered all my concerns. I have recommended several of my friends that only use allied on foothill.

Took in my SUV w/ 75K miles and no brake work since I purchased new 10 years ago. Thought by now need to replace F/B brakes and rotors, but Allied said you are still good with brake wear and perhaps in 5 to 10K miles from now, bring it back to replace if worn down to minimum safe level. Dealer (Envision Toyota) told me needed to replace all brakes now). Needless to say, I'll be using Allied going fwd for all my car maintenance.

Fit me in when busy, that was much appreciated. Roberto, at the front desk, is very friendly, and so nice to work with.

I’ve been coming here for years because I trust they will tell me the truth and not perform unnecessary repairs. The service is always excellent.

They did a great job! Brian was very patient and explained the problem and how to fix it clearly. They charged fairly and were finished when they said they would be. Very happy.

As always Allied took excellent care of my favorite car, 2008 Volvo wagon. The cost was very reasonable and all interaction was friendly and helpful. I’ve used Allied for years. They know their business and are willing to go the extra mile to do the job well. Thank you!!!!
