Since I started bringing my car to Allied Auto Works on Allied Auto Works Grant Road, I have been extremely satisfied with the knowledge of the staff and performance of their work.

I recently paid my second visit to Allied Auto Works. I was most impressed with the repair work and customer service that I received on both occassions. The work was performed in a timely manner and to my complete satisfaction. Craig Stopper and his associate Tony provided even me with transportation to and from my home in Los Altos. I recommend Craig and his talented, exoerienced and professional team without reservation and I will gladly be a repeat customer again in the future.

I brought my car in to have a headlight repaired and Allied Auto Works did a FREE inspection for me, detailing what all repairs would cost. Brett, the service manager, allowed me to come into the garage and take a look at all of the damage for myself and carefully explained what the repairs would entail. Lastly, he was honest with me and explained that it would not be a wise investment to do all repairs and that I should just go buy a new car. If you want a auto repair shop that doesn't try to rip you off, Allied Auto Works is it!

They quickly diagnosed and fixed a tricky starting problem and kept the cost down. A thorough mechanical evaluation of the car was included for free.

Very professional and helpful. Picked my car up at my home (wasn't initially running) and returned it to my work later in the afternoon. Excellent diagnosis of a longstanding brake sensor problem.

Driver side power window occasionally would not go up. Problem hard to recreate and therefore diagnose. Problem then solved in a timely manner with satisfactory outcome.

We been to Allied Auto several times for our 65 Chevy Malibu Wagon. They do good work and my honest recommendations. Allied personnel (Brain & Bret) explain what they will do and what they did. We will be back in the future.
