Allied's ability to diagnose problems and make necessary repairs is excellent. They always seem honest and treat customers with respect and pleasantly. I wish they were less expensive -- especially for routine maintenance (oil changes, etc.).

Courteous, knowledgable, timely - easy to get an appointment. Explain work that has been done, needs to be done. Stand by work that they do -

We took the car in with a minor problem thinking we would need to leave it for the day. Instead brian replaced the part immediately and we were on our way in 10 minutes.

Allied was has great customer service, and accurate time quotes. The techs there really know what they are doing.

I was very impressed by the outstanding professionalism, superb response to the technical problems of the vehicle, and overall very kind and relaxed approach to the problems I had experienced. They will not sell you something you do not need. I have used this same repair shop for twenty-three years, and the few times I've used others they haven't measured up to Allied Auto Works.
