As usual, the folks at Allied Auto explained what was needed, had it ready on time, and gave suggestions about what should happen next. I do not hesitate to recommend them.

While having your car in the shop is never good news, Craig was helpful about explaining the problem and showing me the parts involved while my car was up on the rack. He fully explained my options and made suggestions that I felt were reasonable in terms of cost and long term benefit. I really appreciated his professionalism and ability to make the process less painful.

When I knew I had a problem with my car, I received an estimate from the Audi service department. However, I really didn't want to get ripped off so called Craig at Allied and was immediately put at ease. He was willing to re-evaluate the problem immediately - giving me an estimate that day. The car was serviced right away with another problem solved swiftly and efficiently. He even showed me the faulty parts to prove the repair needed to be done. I can trust Allied for quality repairs at at a very fair price.

Brett clearly explained the problems, fixed them quickly, and did not discriminate because I have one of the most worn-out cars in Los Altos.

Brian & Bret, Serviced our 1965 Chevy Malibu and found several extra problems we didn't know about like damaged freeze plugs & leaking power steering. Over all they did a good job. When a problem arose they fixed it right away. Getting parts did drag on. It did take them two time to fix my Uncles 1956 Chevy Bel Air Carburetor problem. 2nd time was rebuild it and so far car runs terrific with no trouble. I expect to use them again.
