They are always so friendly and helpful at Allied. When a repair is critical, they will fit us in their schedule. They have done compliment checks for us when we are experiencing an issue with one of our cars.

Not only do they have excellent talent and skill, they consistently make my vehicles perform better with their recommendations and consistent approach, all with great confidence for me as a 15 year customer. I often pick up my vehicles with lower bills than what I had anticipated - they know when to dig in and when to pass on what could easily be unnecessary efforts that I would have easily accepted. Amazing. I called to find out when I could get my car in to replace a battery that had suddenly failed. Not only did Allied get me in immediately, they sent a team to jump start it and take it to the shop. That afternoon, they brought it back. The most painless day of car service I ever had.

All problems were taken care of very satisfactorily. I believe this is a very honest operation and will certainly return in the future.
