Allied Auto provided excellent service from the time I called to make the appointment to the actual work being done and reasonably priced. They had the cars ready when they promised. They are very flexible and can work with you. Customer service is all around great. We have taken our cars there for manufacturer service maintenance and other concerns we had. I highly recommend them.

I dropped off my jeep for new breaks after being told by the dealership on Stevens Creek that I needed new breaks. Turns out my breaks are at 80% so I don't need new breaks. Allied made an honest assessment and saved me from paying hundreds of dollars needlessly.

Advice, work done, and follow through are excellent. I've never had any regrets after taking their advice or following their recommendations on my 4 vehicles. I especially like their honesty when they indicate some of the concerns I have do not necessarily require the higher cost alternatives.

Allied Auto Works keeps my cars running. My cars are out of warranty and Allied does a great job on helping me keep them in running order. I recently had a factory authorized recall completed and the dealer suggested hundreds of dollars of "mandatory" work. It also was the end of the month. Allied had just reviewed my car last month, but took the time to re-check my car again and suggested the charges were only optional and were unnecessary in their view. Allied is helpful and I never feel charged for unnecessary repairs. I recommend them.
