Brett kept in touch with me after I called to make sure I got my car in on Friday afternoon. This was an emergency. When i arrived Brian greeted me, was informed of my battery emergency and went immediately to the car. He explained what he was doing as he worked on the car, explained the results on the machine in words I could understand. and I agreed to a new battery. Although it took a little longer than the expected time, I was so relieved that they could fit in my emergency and I could drive my car safely over the weekend. i appreciate the way Brian voluntarily explains about the car and answers all my questions in a detailed way.

My brother was visiting from So. Cal and needed his car serviced. The guys at AAW were top notch, fit him into the schedule and did a great job on a large service a 100K on 2007 Dodge Charger. Thanks, guys! p.s. My brother said, "I wish I lived here, these guys were fantastic!"

I have been having service at Allied for 10 years. I have never felt that any service provided was not necessary. Charges have always been fair.
