Recently got a quote from the dealership of over $600 (?!) to install a replacement for a broken side mirror. Stopped by Allied in the afternoon after picking up the part to see what they could do. They said "Can't do it today, can you drop it off tomorrow?" Dropped the car off in the morning, picked it up the same day in the evening. Total cost: $165. Works/looks good as new. Very happy with their service, friendliness, and professionalism. Will definitely be taking my car back to Allied whenever I need service.

The most important qualities needed for car repair are being trustworthy and reliable, saying what you are going to do, and doing it right. They thoroughly investigate the problem and let you know if it needs to be done or can wait.

I am so thrilled with Allied that I will always be back. Not only are they competent and know all about my car, but they are friendly and helpful beyond expectations. Another plus, very important to me, is they take the time to explain what is going on with my car in a way that I can understand.

I phoned the company over the weekend. I was in a real bind. Not only was I delighted that I received a call first thing monday morning. I was told I could bring my car in immediatly. Allied Auto works fixed my problem within 10 minutes. They charged me for the parts and the time and I was so surprised at how honest and reassuring they were. They checked out my entire car and were through. I was in so much stress because I had to get the lights fixed for a DMV driving test. Without their help I would have been in so much trouble.
