I am so thrilled with Allied that I will always be back. Not only are they competent and know all about my car, but they are friendly and helpful beyond expectations. Another plus, very important to me, is they take the time to explain what is going on with my car in a way that I can understand.

Our neighbor gave this place a glowing recommendation, and after getting the run around from the MB dealer, decided to give them a shot. Very straightforward, honest, and high quality. Not to mention I can walk there, don't need to look anymore for further service needs.

I phoned the company over the weekend. I was in a real bind. Not only was I delighted that I received a call first thing monday morning. I was told I could bring my car in immediatly. Allied Auto works fixed my problem within 10 minutes. They charged me for the parts and the time and I was so surprised at how honest and reassuring they were. They checked out my entire car and were through. I was in so much stress because I had to get the lights fixed for a DMV driving test. Without their help I would have been in so much trouble. They are honest, answer any questions and are very reassuring. I recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and reasonable auto shop. Had a wonderful experience.

Great work - very happy with the service

I have religiously taken my Ford Explorer to the Dealer since 1997. At the last service, they told me to keep an eye on the water pump, and keep the water level up; it didn't yet need to be replaced. Allied found otherwise. The 2 bolts were totally rusted out from the leak, so to replace the pump was a major ordeal. Ford aloso missed that the rear window windshield wiper motor needing replacement, was the reason it had moved out of position. Anyway, Ford missed quite a few other problems. Got them all fixed by Allied. They have a customer forever!

My experience of service has been above par for other shops. I have received a warm welcome every time and a quick check in and any questions I have. A curtsey car on occasion has been helpful . allays find knowledgeable service persons with clear explanations to my questions. I highly commend this well established shop to all who expect the best.
