I love that this place is so convenient for me location-wise, but I also appreciate their work and customer service. They have always made it so easy for me to "get in and out". I always get my car back at or before the time stated. In fact, this last time I went their for regular service, I asked on a whim if they did "recall" work. Although they can't (which I figured), Brett offered to call my dealership and handle it all (scheduling the appointment and getting my car there and back). What service!!!

Took our CRV in for a routine check before taking a road trip through the mountains of Oregon. Discovered some brake wear which wasn't noticeable in day to day driving but could have become an issue with extensive mountain driving. Corrected the problem immediately which allowed us to depart on our trip as schedule (with a safe vehicle).

I like to support local, non-chain businesses. The people at Allied are friendly, honest & get the job done. They don't try to get you to have something fixed that doesn't need it & they warn you about things that may need fixing in the future.

Great service - timely and complete at a fair price. What more can you ask for?

More miles and more repaires necessary on my older car, but Allied is quick, flexible with coordinating timing, and always a great experience! ----- The folks at Allied have helped me with 4Runner multiple times now. I'm not very knowledgeable about cars, but since my Dad is, Brett will talk through any/all issues with me and then again take a call from my Dad (back in Wisconsin) to make sure we're all on the same page. Happy to have found them! Super communicative and happy to accomodate my scheduling requests.

This shop is owned by Brian who also owns the Allied Auto on Grant Road. They have a great reputation and have been in business in Los Altos for 25 years. Their prices are fair and much less expensive then a dealership. As the other reviewer noted their work is good and I have not have any trouble with the work done on our cars over the last 20 years. There are many good filtered reviews under their Miramonte shop and Grant Road shop. We are very happy they are in our neighborhood.
