I brought back my car because of a funny sound after my tires had been rotated. On Sat. I made an appt. online but would have to wait a week. I received immediate response, although the shop was officially closed, then another from Brian, who said to bring the car in immediately. The sound was benign. He said to bring the car in that Monday morning, which I did, and he switched the tires around. This immediate response was incredible!

Have had my 2017 Accurate MDX serviced twice now, once towed in and once for a big maintenance, and Im very happy with the good communication, explanations and on-time completions. Good friend has used Allied for years, I see why!

I take my 2024 Cayman S here for half-interval oil changes, including sample for oil analysis. These guys do great work.

Great team! We have been coming here just after our local Acura dealer closed its doors. Pricing is comparable with dealer charges. Kept us informed of progress and suggested work. Would definitely recommend - cannot beat the convenience of living in Los Altos.

Allied auto Works is very professional. Did a walk-in they submitted an invoice the very same day and they did the work as promised. My car is running great and have had no issues. I would definitely come back for service in the future.

Excellent auto repair shop. Diagnosed malfunction of my. 2000 MBZ CLK320 convertible. Removed the gear shift selector and installed a new one. Provided a quote before the work and invoice was exactly what was quoted. Highly recommended.
