Unfortunately the problem with my '89 Integra is an intermittent one that wouldn't cooperate with the techs at Allied. My discussions with Brian were quite detailed and lengthy explaining what they thought the problem was. I think they are correct and will follow their advice to fix it. With over 190,00 miles on the original engine, it probably needs more attention than I have given it. I too had the problem of the intermittent condition in that it would only occur when I was actively driving the car and not when I tried to diagnose it my garage using the factory manual. Overall, I think the folks at Allied spend way more time trying to get a firm diagnosis than they charged me for. Again, Brian was very giving of his time on several occasions explaining what they were doing and why. I have certainly learned quite a bit from our conversations for which I am very thankful. I certainly will be recommending them and bringing them future business.
Jim Thank you for the detailed and 5 star review. Sounds like it was quite an educational experience on both ends from getting the right diagnosis for your vehicle and you learning about what goes into the diagnosis on a vehicle with those stubborn intermittent problems. We look forward to your future business. Thank you, Amanda Aberg Owner
