I appreciated how accomodating AA was to my schedule. The day before I had my servicing done, I needed a new headlamp. Knowing this was a safety issue, they fixed the bulb on the spot! Also, one piece of my service was going to take longer but they knew I needed to have my vehicle in time to do school pick up. This NEVER happens at the dealership. Needless to say, we are AA customers all the way.

Love trusting our cars to Allied. They're honest, prompt, accurate - and always make sure it's really fixed. They often know things the dealer's reps don't.

Had a dead battery.... Travis and his team took care of it quickly and got me back on the road!! I even saved some money with the warranty left on the battery. WIN, WIN!!

As usual, the diagnosis was quick and service was performed in a timely manner at reasonable cost. We brought our BMW in without an appointment (on a busy day for the shop…) and the water pump replacement was completed the next day.
