Los Altos Auto Repair

This is my first service/repair for my BMW X5 at this facility and I am very pleased with the experience. The service mgr Matt is knowledgeable and courteous. All repairs were clearly explained and completed on time, at reasonable cost.

Simple job but done well.

Had a great experience at Allied. Matt was a great listener. I was really pleased that the techs were able to accomplish a difficult task and didn't charge me much at all! One local garage told me it might take 5 hours @110/hr. I was prepared for the worst and got the absolute best service. We have three BMW and at any given time one of them is due for something....a 90,000 mile service coming up - we'll call AA. All that and a ride home too....

We've been taking our cars to Allied for years and have always been satisfied with the work. Brian, Matt and the team always do a great job and have the car ready when they said they would. We've recommended Allied to family and friends.

My 1984 Honda CRX needed the carburetor readjusted. I tried different auto shops with no improvement. Allied Auto Works not only fixed the problem but drove me home and picked me up in order to get my car. Thanks for a job well done and being so professional.Britt B

Easy to schedule online at a time I wanted. I needed brakes. Great service and it was done when promised and Matt kept me up to date on every step.
