Professional, clear and on-time. My only complain (and it's not a major one) is having to wait for 30min to get a ride home after dropping off the car.

Excellent customer service. Even though Allied could not finish repairs due to computer programming issues that was out of their control. They directed me to appropriate people who could. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
