AA took the time to diagnose a sensor problem that did not manifest itself during their diagnoses process. After two days of testing with no concrete results, they gave me my car back, but did not charge me for the time spent looking at it. Having worked in the service industry myself, I understand how much time can go into this sort of thing. This is a process that can be frustrating for both the customer and the shop itself. Many shops might have charged for that time, but AA values its returning customers enough to understand the time investment. Thanks guys for the great customer service, again!
