We had an unknown amount of damage after rats made a nest in the engine compartment of our Subaru Crosstrek. Allied is located in my neighborhood, and even though we’d never used them before, they got excellent reviews… so we decided it made the most sense to get the car across the ‘hood and them, rather than having it towed to the dealer. I’m so glad we did! Allied took the car in the same day we discovered all the warning lights tripped, inspected/diagnosed the various tripped sensors, and provided an itemized repair plan. The fixes were performed promptly, and the car is running great again. And because they only fixed what was needed as a first step (a few hoses, a wiring harness & sensor, and a cowl) it actually came out making more sense not to make a claim with insurance and risk increasing premiums/cancellation. They called and let me know the car was ready, and it dawned on me at 2pm on a Friday that the car was also probably due for an oil change… they slotted us in the same day and we had our car by 5pm. I really appreciated the thorough and prompt communication from everyone I interacted with at Allied, they’re a class act! We will not hesitate to use them in the future!

After experiencing water intrusion into the car interior, Matt suggested that it was due to plugged moon roof drains. Turns out both were badly silted up were cleared. As always, great customer service.

My pickup died while driving and I had to be towed to Allied. Even though I had no appointment they diagnosed the problem was a snapped timing belt within 3-4 hours and completed the repair within my requested timeframe. Excellent service.

Every repair and/or maintenance experience we have with Allied has been great! They are not only excellent at car maintenance service but are incredible at communicating throughout the day to set expectations.

I like how they send you pictures and texts from your phone about the problems. And you can approve or decline the problem to replace or be fixed. Also convenient location for me.
