The work was completed on time, and came in $25 under the estimate (because of a new customer discount). They were very friendly. I did have to wait from Wednesday until Monday to have them diagnose the car and provide an estimate, as they were very busy -- though, they were courteous enough to warn me about that when I first brought the car in. I felt like the cost of replacing an alternator was high, although I know that European cars can be more labor-intensive than domestic and Asian autos. Overall, I was pleased with their service.

I brought my second car for service at Allied Auto Works as I was very impressed with my first experience here a couple of months ago. Matt, Travis, and crew did a great job again and needless to say that I remain very impressed with the quality of service and experience.

Overall experience was great. They took care of my car when it shut down late on a Friday afternoon. Super professional and they did a thorough job on my car. I know they did a thorough job, as I took my BMW 3 series to the BMW dealership to fix a recall on driver side airbag, and BMW gave my car an excellent rating during their complimentary car inspection. That's peace of mind.
