This was my first visit to Allied Auto Works, and the service manager, Matt, and the techs were all great; I cannot say enough to describe my perfect experience with Allied. The shop is clean and professional in appearance, as are all Allied team members, and the price and time to repair cannot be beaten. From this day forward Allied is my "go-to" auto repair shop, and I will yell from the roof top for all to hear that dealers and other auto repair shops cannot beat Allied, so don't waste your time and just take your car to Allied.

I lived in Los Altos area for over 20+ years and I've never paid attention to Allied Auto Work even though I have driven passed it million times. I came across AAW through Nextdoor when I looked for advice on car maintenance, and everyone gave high marks on them. I decided to give it a try. I called and made an appointment and the process was smooth and easy. When I dropped off my car to the shop, Travis was very patient to listen to my request and came up with a suggestion to diagnose the issues and gave me a very reasonable estimate. During mid morning I got a call from Travis telling me the maintenance work and repair was completed. He spent time to explain to me the issue and how they fixed it. The written report on my invoice was thorough and identify issues to look out in the future. I also got a first-time customer discount which was a pleasant surprise. The final bill I would conservatively estimated as a fraction of what I would expect to pay at the dealer. Not only because it is a neighborhood business that I prefer to support, the professionalism and honesty makes me feel very comfortable to recommend them to any of my neighbor. Travis is a rock star in my opinion. If they can offer a shuttle service within the city, even a paid one they will get my 100 mark. Now is only 99.9.

Allied Auto SAVED THE DAY! Had a carload of groceries from Lucky, next door, in the car, and it wouldn't start. Ran over to Allied Auto and they jumped the car, told me to drive the groceries home (leaving car running) then return to check the battery, etc. They determined it was the battery and changed it within minutes! Whew! Cheers to the team at Allied Auto! You are appreciated!
