I have been a customer of Matt and his team for over 2 years. They are fast, efficient and very accurate with work estimates so that there are no missed expectations. They help out in a pinch and I would highly recommend them.

ALLIED AUTO WORKS is always so helpful. Their work is done well, on time and efficiently. Their employees could not be nicer. I’ve used them several times and each time has been a pleasant experience.

The guys at Allied Auto are always quick and receptive to my automotive needs, even when I just pop by to ask them to take a look at something. We were able to quickly schedule an appointment, and luckily they could fix the problem in one day. I really appreciate their professionalism.

Allied continues to provide excellent service. The shop is much closer than a dealer and the service is much mire personalized.

Everyone that I have interacted with at Allied has been professional and friendly. They are always available to answer questions, and if an alert light goes on in my car, they are always willing to take a quick look. On a recent visit, they covered a part that needed replacing, even though it was just slightly out of warranty. I live close by, so it makes sense for me to go here, but I return because of the friendly service and dependability. As someone who knows very little about my car and asks a lot of questions, both Travis and Matt have always answered my questions patiently.

Allied is an excellent auto repair shop. The electrical regulator controlling the drivers side power window up and down function failed in the down position right before last weekends storms. Called several auto glass shops who could not take me in for the repair for 10 days to 2 weeks (these were the companies that advertise on the spot mobile repairs on TV --- Yeah Right!). Allied understood my problem and told me to bring in the car ASAP and they would put it into their garage over the weekend and keep it out of the rain until the failed regulator could be replaced the following Monday (3 day turn-around and without an appointment). Travis quoted me a reasonable price and said the work would be completed by Monday afternoon. Got a call on Monday afternoon as promised letting me know the work was complete. The charges were exactly as quoted and ---- problem solved. Bottom line - great people, great service! A rarity in the auto repair world in this day and age! Thank you Allied. I will be back!
